Self Leveling Flooring

These epoxy and polyurethane floor toppings are formulated to provide chemical resistance and ease of cleaning and a bright attractive environment. They will protect the floor which subjected to medium to heavy duty foot, trolley and pallet truck and rubber wheeled fork lift truck traffic. They will provide a hard wearing abrasion resistant hygienic and non tainting floor surface.

These particular systems can be installed from 1mm up to 6mm thick depending on the working environment. It will provide a seamless dense and impervious surface which will reduce maintenance and cleaning costs. Also with excellent wear abrasion and chemical resistance and can be texture to reduce slip incidents.

Self Levelling Floors - Project Example

This project at Rolls Royce involved coating the aisles only due to budget restrictions, but an impressive effect was obtained. The decision was made to use a PU self smoothing screed laid at 2mm to give a very long lasting floor where the heaviest traffic was encountered. The floor was prepared, primed and laid over a weekend due to time constraints.
