Melville Exhibitions
This project at Melville Exhibitions in Coventry was a new build project with a brand new powerfloated concrete floor which had a high level of construction moisture. The client required a damp proof membrane surface and a tough epoxy finish to provide a long life to the floor. Fastrack fully prepared the floor area using captive shotblasting and then applied a pigmented coat of damp proof membrane. A series of gangways and work stations were then marked out and then coated with a high build epoxy to give a glossy seamless finish.

Virgin
The requirements for this project at Virgin were for a floor that would not need any attention for at least ten years and that it must be completely dust free. This involved Fastrack using full preparation on the floor areas using captive shotblasting. The floor was then primed and a 2mm self-levelling floor system was installed to provide a seamless finish. The floor was then sealed with a polyurethane matt sealer.
