Fastrack are expert installers of most industrial flooring products. The company undertakes shotblasting, grinding and planing as forms of subfloor preparation. Fastrack is capable of installing pumpable floor screeds, trowel finished polymer screeds, epoxy and PU self levellers, polyurethane screeds, and all types of floor coatings. Fastrack supply industrial floor coatings and screeds direct to end users for factory, warehouse, and all commercial environments. Fastrack also undertakes general floor repairs. Fastrack work direct as specialist subcontractors to builders, construction companies, other flooring companies, or direct to the end client with a total floor solution package.


Example of Retail Flooring Application

This project was carried out over two floors at the new Adidas Sports Store located in the Arndale Centre, Manchester. Fastrack were approached by the client initially as the floor was covered with laminate wood and removal of this would be a costly procedure. Because of the nature of the laminate, the client was looking for a flexible yet durable floor system finish that would adhere well to the laminate wood. The solution was to mechanically abrade all the wood laminate to provide a suitable key for the new floor system. The next step was to cover/band all the joints of the laminate with a joint fleece and then prime with Remmers Epoxy FAS 100 primer. The floor was once again sanded  before Remmers PUR Indu Color Flow System was hand laid at a 4mm thickness. A finishing coat of Remmers Arti Top M Matt Sealer was then applied as a finishing seal coat.
It is worth noting that this project required completion within just 12 working days, which was the only window available for the client. Fastrack successfully completed the task within this period.
