Industrial Flooring for General & Manufacturing Industry

This is a project Fastrack completed for United EMS Ltd at Melford Court, Warrington. It is a refurbishment project.

The client had acquired the premises with the intention to refurbish the floor before machinery was put in place. The floor was a power floated finish concrete which had previously been left untreated. Fastrack fully prepared the floor area using captive shot-blasting and then repairs were carried out to holes in the floor and joints. Fastrack then applied a base coat of water based coating to seal the floor, this was then followed by a coating of a high build epoxy to give a glossy seamless finish.

The client had acquired the warehouse with the intention to refurbish and lease.

The old floor had areas of coating which was flaking up and areas were covered in floor vinyl tiles that required removing. Fastrack fully prepared the floor area using captive shotblasting and then repairs were carried out to holes in the floor and broken up joints. Fastrack then applied a base coat of water based coating to seal the floor, this was then followed by a coating of a high build epoxy to give a glossy seamless finish.
